Job description

While we don't have a specific role open today, we're accepting applications for future openings in our Design department.

At Coforma, members of the Design department ensure products and services truly serve user needs by uncovering insights through research and translating those insights into accessible solutions. They guide Coforma and its clients in designing and developing human-centered products and services that solve high-impact problems while meeting business objectives.

The department includes design researchers, user experience, product, content, and visual designers who collaborate with product and project managers, and engineers to integrate a deep understanding of users’ lived experiences into every phase of our projects. By crafting  artifacts that tell stories about the communities our clients serve, the Design department helps teams rethink what’s possible while delivering products and services that are useful, equitable, and inclusive.

If you’re passionate about improving lives through digital products and services, then Coforma is an excellent company for you.
