Ideal candidates will possess claims processing/medical billing experience and a competitive desire to maximize returns. Our Call Center Representatives assist patients on the phone, helping them to resolve their outstanding balances by establishing payment plans, updating insurance coverage, and providing customer support as a member of our client’s business office. Call center Representatives are expected to adhere to standardized productivity goals in addition to working in a fast-paced call center environment.
