Purpose of the role

This role will report to the Director of Demand Generation, and will be instrumental in running marketing programs to generate leads for the Sales teams in Europe. You will be responsible for driving demand generation excellence across Europe, support in developing, and executing regional plans to meet sales goals. This role involves close collaboration with Sales, Partners, and Global Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns that enhance market presence and drive sales. By evaluating the competitive landscape and compiling targeted strategies for the Netherlands, Belux, and France, you will increase brand awareness and market penetration. Working with the Content & Design team you will localize materials, manage events, and ensure consistent branding

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement regional demand generation plans
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partners, and Global Marketing teams to create integrated campaigns.
  • Analyse funnel and channel performance, identifying gaps and proposing optimization solutions.
  • Evaluate the competitive landscape in the Netherlands, Belux, and France.
  • Devise strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration through targeted campaigns and events.
  • Work with the Content & Design team to support the production and localization of sales and marketing materials.
  • Position the company as an industry leader.
  • Define and manage the execution of company-owned events, summits, and seminars across Europe.
  • Ensure consistent branding and message delivery across all platforms.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, designers, and printers to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Leverage modern marketing and sales automation systems to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Foster local customer relationships to develop case studies and global exposure opportunities.
  • Manage local marketing events and communications effectively.


  • Minimum 2 years of regional marketing experience
  • Experience of using Marketing Automation or similar Marketing campaign system
  • Passionate about full-mix marketing, from digital to physical channels.
  • Fluency in both English and Dutch, with a strong advantage if you also speak and write in French.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong business and analytical orientation..
  • Deadline focused, well organised with sound judgement. 
  • Flexibility to adapt in a high growth/high performance organisation undergoing rapid expansion globally.
