  • Quality and compliance responsibilities under NDA / attention given to predetermined processes, SOPs
  • Alert team leader of any discrepancy in process, unclear instruction received from counterparts in country or document references.
  • Follow working instructions of superior
  • Report/escalate of irregularities and feedback to superior regularly
  • Establish the well cooperation relationship with other team or party
  • Ensure to meet KPI & ISSC targets, quality responsibility along ISSC/ 4PL Control Tower standards

  • Coordinate with Team Lead any update needed in SOP or update SOP and ensure it is signed off by GOKAM
  • Assist to gather data needed on reports.
  • Work under the direction of superiors

  • Regular job rotation and knowledge handover within the team
  • Punctual, Flexible in working hours
  • Adheres to local ISSC rules and guidelines


Requirements:

  • Solid experience (minimum 3 years) in Freight forwarding (global process not local) export/import Ocean/Sea Freight process ideally, if other process please ensure to indicate specifically
  • SSC/Shared service center or BPO experience (other industry is allowed) – minimum 2 years
  • People management experience – minimum 3 years, no less than 5 FTEs handled
  • Global accounts management
  • Exposed or with experience dealing with stakeholders with different nationalities
  • Clear verbal communication skills; able to articulate oneself
  • Good presentation skills
  • Can thrive in a challenging, ambiguous environment
  • Full flexible with both WFH (work-from home) and RTO (return to office) setup
  • Willing to report to office on a regular basis in Aseana City, Paranaque (around city of Dreams/Ayala Mall)
  • Full flexible in work shift schedule (for now its APAC schedule but can change later on since account is global). Ok with extended working hours, local holiday and weekend duty


Good to have

  • 4PL / Control tower actual experience
  • Any supply chain solutions training
