Job description

General Job Description
  • Identifying and documenting requirements in form of customer journeys and user stories
  • Learning system functions and defining evolutions of the functional architecture
  • Analyze existing interfaces and functional programs and prepare technical specifications
  • Work with other stakeholders, internal and external product teams in finalizing solution to meet the requirements
  • Evaluate existing business solutions (processes and systems), identify requirements and develop strategies to maximize opportunities
  • Apply available standards, methods and tools in an intelligent and effective way and produce a consistently high standard of documentation
  • Conduct regular interactions with the technical team, providing necessary and essential knowledge transfer of the user expectations
  • Assist users in clarifying requirements and defining acceptance criteria for testing of automated systems
  • Preparation of training materials and conduct training to internal and external parties

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performing business analysis in Software Engineering
  • Bachelor or Master’s in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Good understanding of the project lifecycle, documentation, standards and methodologies
  • Must have experience in conducting requirement workshops, requirements gathering and analysis
  • Experience in defining and documenting process workflows for system implementation
  • Proficient in construction of test plan, test cases, test execution and test reporting
  • Hands-on experience with Project Management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana or Trello
  • Strong knowledge in Waterfall and Scrum methodology
  • Certified product owner or scrum master is highly desired
  • Domain knowledge and experience in Retail Industry is a PLUS
  • Willing to be assigned in Balintawak, Quezon City
  • Preferably who can do mixed WORK FROM HOME and WORK IN OFFICE set-up
