Argano is seeking a dynamic Manager of Delivery to be apart of our Sales Performance Management (SPM) team and lead one of our delivery teams. In this role, you are responsible for the overall achievement of the team’s goals and KPIs. These include successful management of client relationships, delivery of high quality technical solution services, successful allocation and management of team resources, development of people, and smooth day-to-day operations. You will manage client account escalations, monitor account health, and report upwards on the overall stability of our accounts.
Our SPM team helps sales organizations plan, implement, manage, and optimize leading Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions to drive operational and sales efficiency in support of their company-wide strategy. We specialize in incentive compensation management, territory management, quota planning, and revenue intelligence solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Responsibilities
People Management
Manage a team of consultants
Coaching and mentorship

Career progression support
Resource / Revenue Management
Forecast the expected hours/revenue from each client and identify revenue throughput
Identifying and managing revenue gaps in upcoming months
Identifying capacity constraints and planning ahead to maximize revenue
Ensure consistent timesheet submissions, time tracking, hours reporting, and timely invoicing
Identify non-billable/bench time and fine tune work assignments to maximize utilization
Revenue planning / resource forecasting for 3-6 months forward
Portfolio / Client Management
Oversee the delivery of SPM solutions to professional services clients
Accountable for the overall health of the portfolio, with a focus on customer experience and financial health
Oversee project teams by mitigating risks, managing client escalations, and providing direction
Ensure client satisfaction and referencability
Host Governance calls to get feedback on a monthly/quarterly basis
Gather weekly feedback on the portfolio and ensure potential issues are identified early and dealt with
Manage client escalations as needed
Sales Support
Serve as primary point of contact for any Services support for
proposals/ estimates/ workshop requests
Can be the primary resource or assign resources to sales cycles
Education
MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Software Engineering, Informational Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
Qualifications
5+ years of management or leadership experience in professional services, or equivalent, with experience leading, coaching, and growing a team of direct reports or peers
3+ years of client involvement with Sales Performance Management tools (Varicent, Xactly, SAP)
SDLC / Technology Implementation experience
Results-oriented, organized, and a proactive team leader who can manage shifting priorities and deliver on commitments in a fast-paced environment
Composed leader, and deep thinker with problem solving skills
Clear and effective communicator both internally and externally, across all levels of the organization
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Nice to have or more of the following certifications:
Varicent V10, SAP Callidus, Xactly, Spiff, SPM specific certification.

Advanced Project Management: Expertise in project management methodologies, including the ability to lead and manage a team of project managers and delivery teams.

Conflict Resolution: Proficiency in conflict resolution and the ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
