The Complexity Program Lead is part of the team responsible for the process, methods, and tools to provide a complexity assessment for all vehicle program. On current production programs, the lead works with the complexity data analyst to provide the monthly assessments from the MY – VF Engineering Bill of Material. The complexity lead is responsible to ensure the data is accurate prior to publishing. The Complexity lead works with the program teams and engineering to identify opportunities for the roadmap to Calendar Year targets. The Complexity lead also reports out in the monthly War room format the current status, forecast and outlook.
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree
· A minimum of 2 year experience with FCA EBOM, STV, or releasing.
· Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Program Management experience preferred.
· Aptitude for understanding IT system design, data structures, and data security
· Power BI skills a plus.
This position is to work remotely with availability to travel occasionally, all candidates MUST reside and be legally authorized to work in Mexico
