About The Client:

Our client is a nursery chain located mainly in Greater London rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. They are currently in a stage of growth and expanding their staff team, resulting in them recruiting for approximately 8 Nursery Practitioners for an ASAP start across their settings in Greater London (Stratford, Harrow etc).

This is a great opportunity for candidates with Level 2 or above (ideally Level 3 but not required) in Childcare and previous experience to step into a new role within a growing nursery, that are dedicated to supporting and rewarding their staff.

Your responsibilities will include:

To plan and organise activities in line with the EYFS
To be aware and follow all policies and procedures at all times
To report any Safeguarding concerns in a timely manner
To have key person responsibility
To work closely with parents/carers
To have sound knowledge on essential Childcare topics such as EYFS, Safeguarding, Health & Safety etc
To work as part of a team
To be responsible for all children in your care at all times
Ensure your dedicated room meets the high standards of the setting ready for an Ofsted inspection
Any other duties requested my Management in line with your job role

Requirements of this Role:

Minimum of Level 3 in Childcare preferable
Minimum of 2 years previous experience in Childcare
Have the eagerness and passion for a career in Childcare
