£20,000 - £23,260 a year - Full-time, Permanent

About The Client:

Our client is a nursery chain located mainly in Greater London rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. They are currently in a stage of growth and expanding their staff team, resulting in them recruiting for approximately 8 Nursery Practitioners for an ASAP start across their settings in Greater London (Stratford, Harrow etc).

This is a great opportunity for candidates with Level 2 or above (ideally Level 3 but not required) in Childcare and previous experience to step into a new role within a growing nursery, that are dedicated to supporting and rewarding their staff.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • To plan and organise activities in line with the EYFS
  • To be aware and follow all policies and procedures at all times
  • To report any Safeguarding concerns in a timely manner
  • To have key person responsibility
  • To work closely with parents/carers
  • To have sound knowledge on essential Childcare topics such as EYFS, Safeguarding, Health & Safety etc
  • To work as part of a team
  • To be responsible for all children in your care at all times
  • Ensure your dedicated room meets the high standards of the setting ready for an Ofsted inspection
  • Any other duties requested my Management in line with your job role

Requirements of this Role:

  • Minimum of Level 3 in Childcare preferable
  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in Childcare
  • Have the eagerness and passion for a career in Childcare
