Procurement Specialist-Location Lebanon

Purpose:  

This Job Location is in Lebanon working remotely from an office space.

The Procurement specialist is responsible for purchase of all salon branches related products and items, manage and control stock levels and handle salon maintenance requests.

Responsibilities:   

1. Purchase, Control and Monitor expenses against approved budget for all salon branches
   
2. Purchase, Control and Maintain Individual Salon Stock Levels within approved budget for all salon branches
   
3. Manage & negotiate with suppliers for best purchase pricing and payment terms
   
4. Manage and resolve all maintenance request from salon branches within high quality standards and within budget.
   
   

Requirements

Required Competencies:

1. Good analytical skills, and ability to analyze data pertaining to fast moving stock, and stock control
   
2. Negotiation skills
   
3. Strong Follow up
   
4. Basic accounting knowledge and ability to use accounting system/ERP
   
5. Strong Excel Experience
   
6. Ability to prioritize maintenance request based on customer experience
   
7. Organized and ability to handle lots of tasks
   
8. Good English communication skills
   
9. Ability to solve problems and take initiative
   
10. Trustworthy
    
11. Accountable & Responsible
    

Qualifications:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
   
2. 2-3 years of relevant experience
