Role and Responsibilities:
As a Tele-Caller, you will play a pivotal role in the organization's success by engaging with potential candidates and effectively communicating with the distributors and dealers of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls to dealers and distributors across India, discuss trade schemes, and sales targets.

Adhere to performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume and conversations
Candidate Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to effectively engage clients over phone
Required Skills:
Fluent in Hindi, and at least one South Indian language. Should be able to speak English as well.
Previous experience in tele-calling or customer service roles.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
