Description Information

Job DescriptionWe are looking for young, driven, and passionate people, with 1-2 years of experience in email marketing, to join us as we are growing our family exponentially

Closely work with all the stakeholders and execute the retention marketing campaigns inclusive of email and other retention techniques.
Develop and manage email marketing campaign plan for improving the customer retention rate
Analyze marketing campaign performance including email metrics, conversion, and retention to understand effectiveness and ROI.
Identify the segment opportunities, trends and threats and share it with the clients to align with the campaign goal

Requirements

1-2 years experience in managing customer journeys, campaigns and automations
Experience in marketing analytics tools (like Mailchimp / MoEngage / Hubspot / Zoho / Klaviyo etc).
Proficient in Google analytics
Understanding of campaign metrics such as ROAS, CVR and CPA
Able to effectively communicate and manage relationships with clients and partners.
An experience in E-commerce background is a must.
An experience in Email Marketing for a D2C brand is preferred.
Proficient in using Google Sheets / Excel.
