Overview: As a Clarity Engineer/Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Clarity applications, ensuring the effective utilization of Clarity PPM solutions in the organization. Your expertise will contribute to streamlining project management processes, enabling efficient resource allocation, and enhancing overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Clarity PPM.
Design, develop, and customize Clarity PPM applications to support project and portfolio management.
Implement Clarity PPM integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data exchange.
Develop reports and dashboards using Clarity PPM reporting tools to provide insights into project performance and resource allocation.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Clarity PPM applications to ensure system efficiency.
Support and troubleshoot issues related to Clarity PPM functionality, providing timely resolutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Clarity PPM solutions with business goals and objectives.
Participate in the Agile development process, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Document technical specifications, deployment plans, and standard operating procedures for Clarity PPM solutions.
Stay updated with the latest Clarity PPM features and technologies, recommending best practices for implementation.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in Clarity PPM application design, development, and customization.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation within Clarity PPM.
Proficiency in Java or other programming languages for customizing Clarity PPM applications.
Experience with Clarity PPM integrations and interfacing with other enterprise systems.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into Clarity PPM solutions.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues within Clarity PPM.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Certifications in Clarity PPM or related technologies are a plus.
