Job Title: Junior Software Integrations Developer

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Software Integrations Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience in software development and integration projects. As a Junior Software Integrations Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our software ecosystem by designing, developing, and implementing integrations between various applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Integration Development:
  - Assist in the design, development, and implementation of software integrations.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and contribute to effective technical solutions.
2. API Development:
  - Contribute to the creation of robust and scalable APIs for data exchange between different software components.
  - Assist in ensuring API security, performance, and reliability.
3. Third-Party Integrations:
  - Support the evaluation and integration of third-party APIs and services to enhance system functionality.
  - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues in a timely manner.
4. Data Mapping and Transformation:
  - Contribute to defining data mapping and transformation rules for accurate and consistent data transfer between systems.
  - Assist in implementing data validation processes to maintain data integrity.
5. Documentation:
  - Collaborate in creating comprehensive documentation for integrations, APIs, and data mapping processes.
  - Contribute to keeping documentation up-to-date as systems evolve.
6. Testing and Quality Assurance:
  - Participate in thorough testing of integrations to identify and resolve bugs or issues.
  - Assist in implementing quality assurance measures to guarantee the reliability of integrated systems.

1. Integration Efficiency:
  - Contribute to measuring and improving the efficiency of software integrations to enhance overall system performance.
2. Error Resolution:
  - Assist in the timely resolution of integration-related errors and issues to minimize disruptions.
3. API Security:
  - Collaborate in ensuring the security of APIs and data during integration processes.
4. Documentation Accuracy:
  - Contribute to maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for all integrations and APIs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Integration Timeliness:
  - Contribute to meeting deadlines for integration projects and ensuring timely delivery.
2. Error Response Time:
  - Support swift resolution of integration-related errors within defined timeframes.
3. System Uptime:
  - Contribute to maximizing system uptime by minimizing integration-related downtimes.
4. Customer Satisfaction:
  - Contribute to positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders on the usability and reliability of integrations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in software development and integration projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python.
- Strong understanding of API design principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
