Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Fast Formula, HDL, HCM Extract, BIP, and OTBI, with proven expertise in Core HR, Absence, and Payroll modules. Excellent communication skills are essential as this role involves direct client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oracle HCM Implementation:
- Participate in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects.
- Develop and manage Fast Formulas for Absence, Payroll, and Core HR.
- Customize and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet client requirements.
2. Technical Development:
- Utilize HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data migration and integration.
- Develop and manage HCM Extracts for reporting and data extraction.
- Create and maintain BIP (BI Publisher) reports and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) dashboards.
3. Client Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and deliverables.
- Provide training and support to clients on Oracle HCM functionalities.
4. Problem-Solving:
- Identify and resolve technical issues in Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and technical deliverables.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and other team members to provide comprehensive solutions.
5. Documentation:
- Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Document and maintain configuration and customization changes.
Technical Skills:
1. Oracle Fusion HCM:
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, and Payroll.
- Proficient in developing and managing Fast Formulas for various HCM processes.
2. Technical Tools:
- Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data management and integration.
- Proficient in HCM Extracts for reporting and data extraction.
- Skilled in creating and maintaining BIP (BI Publisher) reports and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) dashboards.
3. Project Experience:
- Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects experience.
- Technical or techno-functional experience in Fusion HCM projects.
4. Communication Skills:
