Job Details

The Trainer Specialist will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for learning and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and motivate at all levels.

REQUIRED SERVICE: Business Support
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Junior to Senior Level
MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 40 hours
SHIFT TIME ZONE: PST
SHIFT HOURS: between 9:00am to 6:00pm
SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Fri

  • Conduct virtual training sessions with our dealer network to educate them on best practices, call center methodology, and sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure ongoing engagement and support.
  • Develop and deliver customized training programs that meet the specific needs of each dealer.
  • Gather feedback from dealers and use it to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to stay updated on new scripts, best practices, policies, and procedures that need to be communicated to dealers.
  • Encourage and facilitate the adoption of training and suggestions across a variety of call centers.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide quick response times to dealers and internal team members
  • Conduct a minimum of 5 call center trainings a week with the dealer network
  • Identify dealers that need call center trainings via data, KPIs to help improve conversion
  • Conduct training sessions with the dealer network focused on best practices in a positive way to reach lead conversion goals for lead to sale.
  • Communicate training and feedback effectively to dealer network
  • Persuasive Communication – Ability to share complex information to a wide range of people and ensure action is taken.
  • Strong presentation skills. Quick responsiveness to distributers, peers and executives alike.
  • Engages others to make decisions and fosters support through communication style.
  • Strong customer service focus. Communicates detailed, data driven information in an unbiased, clear manner.
