About eLearning Department Coordinator

As the eLearning Department Coordinator at Aayla Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless operation and growth of our eLearning initiatives. You play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and effective learning experiences. Aligned with our commitment to innovation and client success, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the efficient development, deployment, and continuous improvement of engaging eLearning content.

Job Type and Work Arrangement
  • This position is offered as a remote contract, allowing for flexibility and the ability to work from any location.

  • The role operates on an hourly basis, providing the flexibility to accommodate various scheduling needs and project demands.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordination and Planning:
  • Oversee the coordination of eLearning projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts to schedule and prioritize eLearning initiatives.

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality eLearning content.

Design and Development:
  • Organize content in a structured and learner-friendly manner, employing instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create captivating learning experiences.

  • Oversee the Development of instructional materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, multimedia content, and job aids.

Resource Management:
  • Coordinate resources, including personnel, software, and hardware, to support the development and delivery of eLearning programs.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners involved in eLearning content creation or delivery.

Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on eLearning content to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with instructional design principles.

  • Work closely with instructional designers and developers to address and resolve issues identified during quality assurance.

Communication and Collaboration:
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring a cohesive and streamlined eLearning development process.

  • Act as a liaison between the eLearning department and other departments within the organization.

Reporting and Analysis:
  • Develop assessment strategies and tools to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions.

Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in eLearning.

  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the eLearning department.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, instructional technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • In-depth knowledge and application of innovative instructional design methodologies, ensuring the delivery of effective and impactful eLearning experiences.

  • Proven and extensive experience in coordinating and managing complex eLearning projects and initiatives.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning, organizational development, and project management within the eLearning domain.

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, exhibiting adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Track record of successfully implementing and overseeing quality assurance processes for eLearning content.
