Technical Co-Founder - Exciting new brand

About TeamSourced:
TeamSourced is about to rebrand and deliver a product that will pioneer a new category we call AI-Powered Relationship Management (AIRM). We have already developed a multi-workspace CRM platform and a powerful Chrome extension that professionals use to streamline relationship management.

Our vision is to revolutionize how professionals build and maintain relationships by leveraging cutting-edge AI technology. We are now seeking a visionary Technical Co-Founder to help us expand our integration capabilities, develop advanced technologies for data management, and integrate a generative AI agent into our platform and Chrome extension.

Role Description:
As the Technical Co-Founder, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction and development of our AI-powered relationship management solutions. You will lead the expansion of our integration capabilities, develop the platform, and integrate a generative AI agent into our existing platform and Chrome extension. It requires a strong commitment to our vision and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the founding team to define the technical roadmap and architecture of our AI-powered relationship management solutions
  • Lead the development of our expanded platform, ensuring efficient and secure data management
  • Integrate a generative AI agent into our existing platform and Chrome extension to provide intelligent insights and automation
  • Expand our platform's integration capabilities
  • Manage technical projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
  • Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. (Note that if this is an area you are not strong in but want to learn and grow in, please still apply. We can develop you as a leader.)
  • Implement best practices in software development, testing, and deployment to ensure the scalability and reliability of our solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI, data management, and relationship management technologies
  • Collaborate with product management, design, sales, and marketing teams to drive product development and growth
  • Contribute to the overall strategy and decision-making process as a key member of the leadership team

Qualifications:

  • Founder mentality. We ground and built two businesses over four years to build this platform. We want someone coming in with an equal passion for building innovative products that solve real-world problem
  • Proven track record of technical knowledge and hands-on experience in building scalable AI-powered solutions
  • Strong expertise (or hunger and desire to learn and grow quickly) in AI, machine learning, data management, and integration technologies
  • Self-motivated. We don't have an office; we work remotely. We need someone who is disciplined and will be green on slack as often as we are. 
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g. JavaScript, Typescript, React, Ruby on Rails)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and deploying large-scale applications
  • Do you have an opinion on whether we should use our already built OpenAI API endpoints or rebuild and host them with LLaMA of DBRX?
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Decent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional team
  • A bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is great but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Initial salary of $0 until we raise funding or achieve profitability
  • After funding or profitability, the salary range will be $150,000 to $180,000 per year based on prior experience, with a graduated salary based on platform performance and revenue objectives obtained
  • Generous equity package commensurate with experience and contribution
