The role will be responsible for supporting the CS team with content, training, and playbooks aimed at improving churn results within our ICP. We are seeking someone who can learn quickly, communicate effectively, have strong project management skills, report data effectively, and already have experience in Enablement, Customer Success, or related areas.
Main Responsibilities
- Apply the Revenue Enablement strategy in the CS area, scaling the impact generation on key performance indicators.
- Plan, manage, and execute the Revenue Enablement calendar and initiatives focusing on CS's strategic objectives.
- Implement projects and management methods for the development of the CS team to maximize results.
- Coordinate with CS leadership to ensure the team is equipped and aligned to achieve growth objectives.
- Manage the CS content base and generate new content to support the team's learning and retention in short, medium, and long-term initiatives.
- Report on how Revenue Enablement initiatives are impacting CS indicator.
Requirements
- Understanding in CS Operations for the B2B market.
- Experience in CS, in a Revenue Enablement position or other related areas.
- Experience coordinating with CS leaders the implementation of new processes and developing continuous improvement plans for the CS team.
- Strong ability to manage projects and organize multiple initiatives.
- Energy, adaptability and experience in dynamic work environments.
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Intermediary English.
