If you answered yes to these questions, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are looking for a Solutions Director to work alongside our wider Public Sector Cleaning & Hygiene Sales Team to drive our growth and success in this sector.

As Solutions Director you be responsible for creating a prospects list of opportunities that are coming to market over the next 3 years that include cleaning within the public sector and then engaging with those prospects to preposition Mitie as their partner of choice ahead of the tenders coming to market.

In addition the Solutions Director will own the tender process and lead the development of bespoke and innovative solutions for each customer, ensuring that they are aligned with their strategic objectives and budget.

What we are looking for - Experience in sales and business development in the cleaning or facilities management industry, with a focus on the public sector. - A demonstrable track record of winning and retaining large and complex public sector cleaning contracts, with a strong understanding of the tendering process and the public sector procurement regulations. - A high level of commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to create and price competitive and profitable solutions. - A strong customer focus, with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills. - A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and develop solutions that meet the customer's needs and challenges. - A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. - A self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - A willingness to travel across the UK as required.
