Job Title : Resume Writer / Resume Editor
Location: Delhi (Remote/hybrid)
Job Type: Full Time Shift Timing: 7 AM-4 PM (US EST Highly Preferable), 4 PM- 1AM (Option Also Available) Overview:
We are seeking a talented Resume Writer to join our team and assist clients in crafting compelling resumes that highlight their skills, accomplishments, and professional experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of resume writing best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to tailor resumes to meet the specific needs of each client. This role will involve working closely with clients to gather information, writing and editing resumes, and providing guidance on how to effectively market themselves to potential employers.

IMPORTANT NOTE :- This role is contributing to the Pre-sales/Proposal Management team. This team works on US public sector based RFP/Bids/Proposals/tenders. This role will require to contribute in content writing in the Proposals/bids/RFP/tenders.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct consultations with clients to gather information about their career goals, work history, skills, and achievements.
  • Create custom-tailored resumes that effectively showcase clients' qualifications and accomplishments in a clear and concise manner.
  • Write and edit professional summary statements, job descriptions, and bullet points that highlight clients' key strengths and achievements.
  • Ensure that resumes are formatted correctly and adhere to industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on how to improve their resume content, layout, and overall presentation.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in resume writing techniques, job search strategies, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, resources, and best practices for resume writing and career development.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality work in a timely manner and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Continuously seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent MS office skills (Word, Excel, PPT) - Expert Level Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Human Resources, or related field. Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of resume writing best practices, including formatting, content organization, and keyword optimization.
  • Familiarity with different resume formats and styles, including chronological, functional, and combination resumes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and gain their trust and confidence.
  • Proficiency with word processing software and resume writing tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and LinkedIn Resume Builder.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
  • Certification in resume writing (e.g., Certified Professional Resume Writer, National Resume Writers' Association) is preferred but not required.
