In-House Recruitment Consultant For Perfman HR

Experience : 2 – 10 Years

Education : Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.

Required Skills:

  • Good experience in end to end recruitment.
  • Extensive knowledge on working with clients in the entire life-cycle and closing positions.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals and Social Media Sites.
  • Expertise in Head Hunting and ability to interact, develop network though social media channels and get the best referral resource for any given requirement.
  • Familiarity with screening, shortlisting and sourcing the right candidates as per client’s requirements.
