Required Skills:
- Good experience in end to end recruitment.
- Extensive knowledge on working with clients in the entire life-cycle and closing positions.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals and Social Media Sites.
- Expertise in Head Hunting and ability to interact, develop network though social media channels and get the best referral resource for any given requirement.
- Familiarity with screening, shortlisting and sourcing the right candidates as per client’s requirements.
