Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Summary:  We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead the launch of new initiatives and working groups within I-COM

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

    • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of new initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

    • Optimize conversion funnels to drive engagement.

    • Oversee the launch of new councils, facilitating collaboration among stakeholders and ensuring smooth operations.

  • Process Optimization:

    • Develop and implement structured processes and methodologies to streamline project workflows.

  • Communication and Collaboration:

    • Maintain clear and open communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

    • Foster and maintain smooth collaboration with other departments within the organization

  • Task Management: 

    • Prioritize and organize daily workloads to meet project deadlines effectively.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

    • Prepare and maintain project documentation using Google Drive and iCloud, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.

    • Generate reports to track project progress, identify key performance indicators, and communicate insights to stakeholders.


Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with creating new initiatives/communities from scratch and enjoying doing that
  • Project Management Experience: Previous experience of 3-5 years in project management, demonstrating an understanding of project management principles.
  • Online Event Experience: Experience in event management, demonstrating the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute online events effectively.
  • Process Orientation: Strong orientation toward structured processes and methodologies.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional business standard. Friendly, professional, and discreet in all client interactions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate on various projects and with different departments, promoting a cross-functional approach.

  • Language: English is the native language.

Nice to Have:

  • CRM System Experience: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, particularly Zoho CRM or similar platforms, would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in using iCloud and Google Suite apps, and familiarity with Zoho Suite (desirable: Zoho CRM, doodle, Google Calendar). This includes the ability to navigate and efficiently utilize these applications.
  • Experience in the Advertising Industry.

Special Time Requirement:

  • General Availability: The candidate must have general availability on weekdays between 3 and 6 pm CET. This availability ensures they can attend to routine tasks and communications during these hours.
  • Peak Availability (March to June): Between March and June, the candidate should exhibit increased availability to accommodate short-notice task requests. This flexible scheduling is crucial during this period.
  • Summit Experience (May): The candidate must be fully available during the 4-day Summit Experience in May. This includes being accessible during official Programme hours and immediately before and after these hours. The specific hours for this event will be communicated closer to the date.

Duration and Workload: Long Term / Part-Time / Online.

The Project Manager will work with a workload of 25- 30 hours per week, providing flexibility for the candidate to balance their work and personal commitments.The role will be online, allowing the candidate to work remotely while still staying connected to the team and the company's goals.
