What You’ll Do

You’ll coordinate, track, scheduling and manage the diverse components of IT projects to execute these projects effectively, efficiently, on time and on budget. You’ll manage projects such as Windows Server Migrations, WAP, Firewall, and Switch Deployments, Office365 Deployments/Migrations, Azure Deployments/Migrations (virtual server, Azure AD, Azure Virtual Desktop), SharePoint Migrations, PC and Mac Desktop Deployments, New and current Client Re/onboardings, and Application Deployments.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Review project scopes and set timelines & expectations
  • Consult with in-house subject matter experts
  • Manage Client communications
  • Schedule project resources to complete project work and ensure they are entering time into correct tickets/phases
  • Monitor project progress and have final say on project completion
  • Submit/Execute change orders as needed
  • Review project documentation for completeness

What You Bring To The Role

  • 3+ years working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft cloud stack (Azure, 365, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of interpreting and delivering on statements of work
  • Basic understanding of various technologies and willingness to learn and earn certifications
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining good communication across all levels
