Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven NetSuite Account Executive to join our sales team. As a NetSuite Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and closing sales opportunities within your assigned territory.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within your assigned territory

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention of business customers.

  • Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.

  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape

  • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective customers

  • Working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, you will be empowered to sell business applications solutions and related services to prospective new mid-market or small

  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications.

  • Participate in the creation, presentation and sale of a complete value proposition via the telephone, internet, and customer meetings.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably in the ERP or CRM space

  • Consistent track record of developing new business and managing sales cycle, from generating leads through closing

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Highly motivated and professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines

  • Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP/CRM systems is a plus
