Life Services Specialist Administrator – Home Based - ARD986467

We’re on the hunt for a talented Life Services Specialist Administrator to join our growing team in the Lutine part of our business. This pivotal role, reporting to our Life Services Team Leader, offers the flexibility of being home based, with the occasional travel to our Doncaster office for team meetings and training. You will be responsible for providing technical underwriting support to insurers and brokers across the business. **

What does a Life Services Specialist Administrator here do?**

Responsibilities

This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your line manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following:

  • Manage the day-to-day technical referrals from the department.
  • Produce renewal and new life quotations for brokers.
  • Perform reconciliation, process money received, issuing refunds and handling queries relating to them.
  • Process any cancellations and mid-term adjustments.
  • Respond to broker queries via telephone and e-mail.
  • Claims processing such as logging, taking calls, e-mails and post.
  • Produce daily updates on service KPI’s within the team and report to the Team Leader.
  • Manage a diary process for new and existing policies.
  • Building strong relationships with our internal stakeholders.

What are we looking for in our next Life Services Specialist Administrator?

This Is An Opportunity For An Experienced Administrator, Ideally With Experience From An Insurance Market And Has a Knowledge Of Life Insurance Products And Services. You Will Be Computer Literate And Have Experience Of Using Both Microsoft Word And Excel. We Are Looking For Someone Has

  • Knowledge of insurance schemes KPI’s and performance drivers.
  • Ability to prioritise your workload from your own initiative.
  • A highly effective communicator.
  • Strong attention to detail.
