Learning Content Manager

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

- Set eLearning content roadmaps using data analysis and customer feedback.
- Line manage content creation teams, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery.
- Identify and resolve blockers to project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Present progress updates and issues to senior stakeholders.

Your Key Skills and Experiences may include:

- Extensive experience in designing, developing, and managing eLearning solutions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate complex projects to completion.
- Proficient in gathering and analyzing data to inform product roadmap decisions and ensure quality.
- Effective senior stakeholder management and fostering a positive work environment.
