Venha fazer parte do time de Recrutamento e Seleção da MyWay Recrutamentos.
Principais atividades:
- Realização de briefing com clientes para coleta de informações e abertura de vagas no sistema Quickin;
- Divulgação de vagas;
- Hunting de candidatos;
- Triagem de currículos;
- Agendamento e realização de entrevistas online com candidatos;
- Elaboração de parecer das entrevistas realizadas;
- Envio de testes e questionários para candidatos;
- Follow up e feedback contínuo com candidatos e clientes, acompanhando toda a jornada destes, até o fechamento da vaga;
- Criação de relatório, scorecard e/ou questionários, quando necessário.
