Job description

 

We are looking for UI/UX Designer who will deliver exceptional customer-centric user experience designs by working closely with various business units and providing domain expertise on Human-Centered Design approaches and frameworks.


The responsibilities we will trust you include but not limited to:

  • Conducting user research, understanding business needs, goals, and motivations
  • Creating UX Flows, Information Architectures, Customer Journey maps, and Emotions maps

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be:

  • A graduate of Industrial Design, Fine Arts or Psychology or any relevant course.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated global industry/ banking/finance technology experience with customer or user experience design.
  • Familiarity on UX principles and methodologies such as, but not limited to, Design Thinking and User-Centered Design is a must.
  • Demonstrated experience with improving customer experience projects – customer journey mapping, customer experience design.
  • Temporary work from home set-up but must be willing to report in Makati (if necessary)

The position is for a Manager- Senior Manager rank within the bank.
