Job Description
We are seeking an empathetic yet resilient SHE-Q Business Partner who demonstrates a strong passion for safety enhancement within the production department. You will be a part of the SHE-Q department, entrusted with shaping and executing the SHE-Q policy within the organization. This department supervises aspects related to Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environment, working closely with operational teams to ensure regulatory compliance and optimum SHE-Q performance.
As the SHE-Q Business Partner, you will implement the company's SHE-Q strategy within the production division. Serving on the Operations Management Team, you will report directly to the SHE-Q Manager. Your role, although closely connected with the production division, will be independent within it.

Qualifications
- Required: Fluency in Dutch, experience in safety/quality, Hbo-level education
