Als Lead Java Software Enginee bij deze onderneming maak je impact en ben je iemand die in staat is om verandering in de veelzijdige organisatie in te brengen. 

Jouw expertise, deskundige mening en analyses gaan het verschil maken. Je komt de werken voor klanten als Ahold, ING, KNVB en Schiphol en vele anderen.

Naast je werk voor onze klanten vervul je ook de rol van Fieldmanager. In die rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het welzijn van meerdere Java collega's. Je coacht, lost belemmeringen op en bent de verbindende schakel met de organisatie. Ook vind je het leuk om de Java community naar een hoger niveau te brengen. Dit doe je onder andere door het organiseren van kennisevenementen.

Deze organisatie staat voor kwaliteit en kennis. Naar de klanten toe maar ook naar de collegas. Ze vinden het heel belangrijk dat jij je blijft ontwikkelen en voorop blijft lopen in jouw kennisgebied. 

Daarom krijg je bij een ruim ontwikkelbudget, zijn er volop kennissessies en speel je een leidende rol in de actieve Java community. 

Samen met andere Javanen bijt jij je vast in ontwikkelingen en vraagstukken. Door samen kennis te delen, blijf je groeien in jouw vakgebied. 

Wat zit er in voor jou?

Salaris tussen de 3750 en  6000
Een bonussysteem o.b.v. jouw omzet. Het percentage ligt tussen de 30% en 50% 
Direct een vast contract
Een persoonlijk ontwikkelbudget van 2500,- per jaar

JIJ bent en hebt:
Passie voor Java en de drive om kennis te delen
Minimaal een hbo-diploma
Kennis van DevTools zoals IntelliJ/Eclipse, Maven en Git
Ervaring met ontwikkelen in de cloud (bijvoorbeeld met AWS en Azure, al dan niet met behulp van Kubernetes)
Ervaring met het testen van je code tijdens het schrijven van de code. Je weet wat je écht moet testen en wat niet
leidinggevende en/of coachende ervaring, dit is geen Eis! Zij helpen je met jouw ontwikkeling.
