Job Opportunity: IT Support Engineer

Our client, a renowned company specializing in automotive industry support through smart online tools, market figures, and vehicle data, is seeking a talented IT Support Engineer. Based in Heerhugowaard, Noord-Holland, you'll become the first point of contact for office automation inquiries, requests, and incidents.

Job Description

As an IT Support Engineer, you'll be well-versed with Windows, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and other Office 365 services. Your role includes helping others with their questions and explaining the operational aspects of these systems, making this position an excellent fit for those who enjoy problem-solving and guiding others.

Typical Weekly Tasks

- Registering requests, resolving daily issues for colleagues, and distributing the requests among different resolution groups within the IT Operations team (8 hrs)

- Participating in workstation management and serving as a point of contact for incidents (8 hrs)

- Maintaining inventory and keeping user administration updated (8 hrs)

- Ensuring proper implementation of access and security policies (8 hrs)

- Maintaining communication with hardware and software systems suppliers and (cloud) services providers (8 hrs)

Total weekly hours: 40 hrs
