What You’ll be Doing - The Construction Project Manager will utilize their multi-faceted skill sets to lead projects related to the design and construction of new and existing sites and will manage vendor relationships and multiple internal business partnerships. The role could involve up to 50% travel and will require strong, proactive, problem solving along with excellent, effective written and verbal communication skills.

You'll report to the Director of Construction. The Project Manager is a critical role in ensuring the construction team delivers well designed, efficient spaces, seamless execution of construction, and a direct line of communication and coordination between the variety of disciplines involved in the projects.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Establish and maintain a master schedule and benchmarks for each project
  • Establish and maintain the project budget
  • Coordinate, set-up and participate in program planning meetings and manage metric information for KPI’s for the delivery of the program
  • Work with Finance to ensure proper initial planning documents are completed and assist with monthly project and GREO compliance to budget and forecasting needs
  • Possess the ability to assess existing site/building conditions, plans and criteria to determine scope of work and/or identify challenges or obstacles associated with Capital Improvement projects in the existing Customer Service Centers throughout the region
  • Manage multiple resources and disciplines within a given project, adhering to strict timelines and budgets
  • Work with internal partnerships to create solutions for new and existing sites
  • Define and execute design through concept and space planning methods and documentation


What You Bring To The Role

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Construction Estimating experience is necessary
  • Experience with CAD and reading drawings and floor plans
  • Knowledge of space planning and design
  • Extensive knowledge of project management techniques
  • 5+ years of commercial real estate project management experience
  • Knowledge of construction methods and facilities process and execution
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with a variety of customer types
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Essential time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent organization methods
  • Strong and effective leadership skills
  • Possess “out of the box” and forward thinking thought process
