Our client is the largest pallet management services company in North America. They provide end-to-end solutions, including pallet supply, retrieval, onsite services, and reverse logistics. With a national network of over 270 facilities, they focus on making pallet management simple and efficient for businesses through sustainable practices and advanced technology.

Our project involves providing a team that can quickly onboard and make improvements across the client's technology stack, which may include systems written in C#.NET, SQL, Angular, React, Xamarin, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical solutions and collaborate with developers to design and implement software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Develop and maintain software using .NET technologies, including C# and .NET Core and Angular.
  • Participate in architecture and design sessions.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members on pair-programming.
  • Perform code reviews and mentor less-experienced developers.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing of software to ensure high levels of quality, security, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues as they arise.

  • Hard Skills - Must have:
  • Experience on back-end technologies such as C#/.Net /.Net Core
  • Experience in front-end development with Angular.
  • Hands-on experience with T-SQL and SQL Server relational databases
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud development

  • Hard Skills - Nice to have/It's a plus:
  • Experience integrating solutions using C# on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience with cross-platform mobile applications built on Xamarin

  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication skills, including client-facing abilities.
  • Proactive attitude, strong sense of self-motivation, organization, attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, refining project requirements and designing solutions and features.
