Talent Acquisition Specialist – RPO onsite – Technology


We are representing a rapidly expanding, award winning, global tech consultancy, who deliver exec search, RPO, recruitment and tech professional services. With year-on-year growth; it is a genuinely lovely company with some interesting clients to work with.


Due to some sizable new business wins and projects, our client is looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team and specialise in technology recruitment for their client; a fast-growing software company. The role is based in the City of London in a client facing role, with some remote working.

 

The TA Specialist will ensure effective end-to-end management and delivery to a high-profile strategic global account and you will be responsible for operational delivery, talent attraction, social recruiting, employee referral schemes, process improvement, candidate experience and recruitment technology.

 

Adept at building relationships, you will have a track record of successfully managing and influencing senior stakeholders both internally and externally;  whilst delivering exceptional levels of service to their high-profile client.

 

Main responsibilities

 

  • Deliver against a broad range of client recruitment briefs.
  • Deliver through advertisements / internal database / networking websites / focused search, and headhunting
  • Ensure delivery against client SLA through effective KPI and metrics management
  • Establish and develop client engagement within the account as well as across the Group
  • Align and deploy the resources at your disposal to deliver a first-class recruitment strategy to a newly won high profile client
  • Ensure consistent implementation and use of common processes for client recruitment
  • Adopt a continuous improvement led approach towards client engagement and solution delivery
  • Liaise with hiring managers and HR business partners to determine future recruitment requirements and guiding hiring managers through the recruitment process
  • Ensure that reporting and governance schedule is designed and implemented

 

Our client is looking for someone who has a passion for Tech recruitment and is experienced in recruiting IT profiles. You will have directly sourced these candidates; alongside the desire to offer the highest level of service and surpass your objectives. You will have a track record of securing quality results for clients in a self sufficient way and proven ability to network, communicate and deal effectively with executive level personnel; with the ability to identify and secure additional up-sell opportunities within the account.

Requirements
  • Previous IT Recruitment experience - in-house or in an agency
  • Excellent communication, documentation and operational capability
  • Proficiency in the areas of solution selling, contract negotiation, closing, cost / benefit analysis and analytical thinking
