Your missions

We're seeking organized and dedicated Sales Callers to join our team, to service our network of businesses worldwide.

Requirements

  • Completion of high school or equivalent certification program
  • Demonstrated sales experience of at least 1 year, showcasing the ability to surpass sales targets and effectively cultivate customer relationships
  • Exceptional proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, achieving at least C1 level competency
  • Outstanding communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in utilizing contemporary technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
  • Familiarity with word-processing software and spreadsheet applications, including MS Office
  • Understanding of online calendars and scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar
  • Proactive and confident approach, coupled with meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to work the night-shift

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with customers to disseminate information regarding products or services, facilitate sales transactions, or seek donations.
  • Assess leads via phone interactions and input relevant details into a CRM system.
  • Arrange and track customer appointments, including managing rescheduling requests.
  • Conduct collection calls, rectify outstanding debts, and update customer payment particulars based on scripted telephone protocols.
  • Administer and oversee customer surveys, consolidating findings into a comprehensive datasheet.
  • Handle support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and address customer inquiries to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize lead generation endeavors with overarching sales strategies.
  • Undertake miscellaneous tasks as required.
