Transpire Technologies is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Certified Network Security Engineer with Palo Alto Networks experience. The individual will be responsible for installing the network security as well as designing, deploying, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the majority of Palo Alto Networks-based network security implementations in Azure, multi-cloud, and hybrid environments as part of an end-to-end infrastructure.
Job Description:
- Implementing different solutions and improving the stability and flexibility of the network with the best security features.
- Performing the installation, configuration, and operation of Palo-Alto firewall products & services.
- Experience with designing, deploying, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Palo Alto VM Series, and Physical Firewalls
- Experience designing and integrating with Panorama
- Experience designing and integrating with Prisma Access
- Experience designing and implementing Hub and Spoke (Azure vWAN Hub and vNETS) architectures, transit gateway patterns
- Experience designing and implementing Site-to-Site VPNs in Azure
- Expertise in vNET peering, user defined routing tables, BGP and ASN propogation Monitoring performance and fixing network issues by scheduling preferred solutions.
- Making use of multiple devices used by business to increase the efficiency and performance of the network along with its security.
- Developing and implementing strong knowledge on IP communication systems along with required routing preferences of clients (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
- Upgrading network tools or devices by refreshing the equipment or by performing software improvements.
- Configuring routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and Meraki devices.
- Configuring and maintaining Domain Name Server (DNS), Network Time Protocol (NTP), Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) servers for business requirements.
- Taking part in technical consultations and planning for new solutions along with security team members.
- Engaging in fixing calls and supporting teams and users to resolve problems.
- Taking part in projects along with network engineering and helping in supporting along with providing application plans.
- You should also have strong familiarity with compute, network, and storage in Azure and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), part of Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS).
