We are seeking a diligent Marketing Coordinator that will be responsible for the coordination and execution of several projects for our clients (and for our agency), reporting directly to the Operations Manager and the CEO. The Marketing Coordinator will also involved in developing ongoing marketing strategy and creative to reach targeted sales and marketing goals.
As an ideal candidate, you are: an excellent communicator and writer (this is a must-have) who is organized and detail oriented, with superb client-facing skills. You have the ability to see the big picture while immersed in the fine details of the day-to-day. You have a diplomatic and focused attitude, and are able to take on challenges with a sense of humour. Experience in an agency/corporate environment is a must – but if you can prove us otherwise, we are willing to train the right person. Attitude-wise, being proactive and resourceful are requirements.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Create a wide variety of editorial and marketing content for digital and print mediums
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and CEO to develop and execute marketing plans and campaign strategy
- Work with digital marketing team to create and administer ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads, based on established marketing plans
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including some content creation on platforms like Canva
- In collaboration with design staff, select and prepare graphics for use on various platforms
- Write clear and concise copy based on approved key messages for a variety of uses
- Track key performance indicators; measures and reports on marketing activities
- Analyze web analytics and ad campaign data to help improve campaign performance
- Learn, develop & implement basic SEO and SEM practices & tactics to improve digital presence
- Help oversee email & social media based marketing campaigns
- Communicate project progress to senior management team
- Support sales, business development, and technical leads with requirements and statement of work documentation
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal use and client use
- Maintain client records inside and outside of CRM
- Research and understand client industries, background, products, culture, etc. to a high level
Marketing Coordinator Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, economics or related field
- 1-2+ years in a corporate/client facing role, preferably in an agency setting
- Previous experience & track record in maintaining high rapport in client relationships
- Experience managing display and Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns a great asset, but not required
- Experience performing search engine optimization (SEO) a great asset, but not required
- Experience in developing & executing email marketing campaigns a great asset, but not required
- Excitement and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- An professional level, effective communication style (both written and verbal) that leads to client buy-in and clarity for all stakeholders on a project

- Competency in programs such as Salesforce/HubSpot, Asana, Adobe Suite, an asset but not required.
