What do you bring to the table?

Core Technical Skillset

Specialty in WordPress and Laravel with hands-on experience of delivering highly customized plugins with strong dexterity in PHP and JavaScript.
5+ years of core full-stack development in bringing digital products to life one code at a time, preferably in an early to mid-stage startup.
Excellent knowledge of complex HTML5 based UI and advanced custom styles and media queries.
Competent in working with Git
Proven experience with Frontend UI frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation, etc.
Working knowledge with frontend frameworks like Next.js, React, etc.
Working knowledge with backend frameworks like Node.js and stacks like MEAN, MERN, etc.
The ability to build, configure and deploy applications in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP is a bonus.
The ability to craft existing and custom APIs from scratch and working knowledge of SEO is a bonus.

Personality and Attitude

Agility: Proven experience in working in an agile software defined lifecycle with strong expertise in shipping high quality bug free code to get sh** done.
Problem-Solver Engineer: Problem-solver at heart to build scalable yet reusable components with the ability to review and optimize others' technical code.
Collaboration: A specialist with the ability to ideate and execute divergent ideas whilst democratising knowledge collaboratively amongst stakeholders, internal and external.
Integrity: Demonstrates the ability not only to empathise with the clients' requirements but also balance competing interests with the firm to operate with integrity and transparency.
Open to learning: The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and be flexible across technology stacks with a continuous learning mindset to deliver quality solutions to clients.
