Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for developing new business and managing part of their ever-growing account base.

Focusing on the architectural, construction and design of building projects. You will also be responsible for some training, offer support when needed, and be an overall point of contact for your clients.

What we want from you

You're the person we're looking for if you have a good experience on the building industry. Also if you have previous experience as a CS with onboarding, engage and support customers, sales and deployment of new services. You will manage your client portfolio and will participate to the development of our European and Asian market.

Management of the CSM team & guarantee of customer satisfaction

  • You manage a team and make them grow in competence
  • You ensure the best staffing of our customers by closely following the operational management of the team.
  • You grow and train the team according to the activity
  • You implement methods and processes to increase efficiency
  • You implement actions to increase customer satisfaction (NPS, Support)
  • You manage a portfolio of key accounts.
  • You are responsible for the satisfaction and operational management of this client.
  • Be the client's spokesperson for us on large integration projects

Responsible for the development of the turnover of existing customers

  • You deploy strategies to increase the average customer basket (upsells and renews)
  • You analyse KPIs (customer satisfaction, churn rate, satisfaction rate, individual CSM performance) and report regularly.
  • Develop new services and deploy them with the clients and the Solutions engineers team

Operations, products, tools

  • You are in constant contact with the other divisions (sales, tech, product, data)
  • You actively participate in the development/optimisation of the product
  • You have one objective in mind: to automate the tool as much as possible
  • You guarantee the good maintenance of the CRM
  • You manage the performance and optimisation of the Customer Success tools

What skills and experience do you need?

  • You know Revit
  • You know BIM processes
  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a manager
  • You have at least one previous sales experiences, ideally in a tech environment having contacted, negotiated with and signed partners or clients
  • Sales oriented, you have a great business sense and excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Passionate about growth and eager to learn, a demanding change-oriented environment does not scare you
  • You are an out-of-the-box thinker and are a fantastic team player
  • SaaS model holds no secrets for you
  • You are comfortable with both operational and C-level interlocutors and know how to manage a project involving several stakeholders
  • You show empathy and adapt your speech according to your customers needs.
  • You are proactive and autonomous
  • You are native or bilingual in English. Please note that French is mandatory.
  • Revit proficiency. Archicad / Rhino / Autocad is a plus.
