Coordination of the cooperation between individual sub-projects and, if necessary, takeover of a sub-project
Control and documentation of milestones
Planning and control of sections in the project
Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of meetings (e.g. creation and coordination of documents, dispatch of documents, coordination of the agenda, moderation)
Presentations, eg preparation of results and creation of presentations, protocols, project plans, and reports
Support in creating templates (status reports, checklists, etc.)
Organization of document filing
Administration and processing of authorization concepts
Participation in process optimization
Consolidate, review and manage feedback and information
Your profile
University degree or successfully completed specialist training
Professional experience in the Project Management Office (PMO), ideally in the automotive or IT environment
Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and problems and to think outside the box
Confident use of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Very good communication and analytical skills
High service and customer orientation, sense of responsibility, and proactivity
Structured, conscientious, and responsible way of working
Fluency in spoken and written English
