What you will do:
- Search for potential and suitable candidates for Igloo;
• Interviewing and selecting personnel for positions in the agency system.
• Coaching and training the knowledge and skills required by each position in the Agency system.
• Implement activities to promote Agents' activities to increase the number of contracts & revenue.
• Perform the role of supporting, motivating and supervising the Agent system.
• Building and developing a working culture for the staff and agents in the Area in charge.
• Coordinate with other departments to promote business efficiency according to the characteristics of the Province/Region.
• Work and report directly to the Head of Business Development.
• And perform some other tasks when assigned.
What you will need:
• Male/Female from 28 to 35 years old.
• Young, dynamic, eager to learn and decisive in implementing the work.
• Good-looking appearance, standard voice, good communication and presentation skills.
• Skilled in attracting, recruiting, and training personnel.
• Know how to set goals and motivate and encourage subordinates to accomplish their goals.
• Love the young and dynamic working environment at technology companies.
• Having at least 03 years' experience in managing large-scale system-based business activities.
• Preference will be given to candidates with management experience in the following industries: insurance, technology, FINTECH, FMCG, financial services...
