Locally, they work towards a country providing a home, work, and opportunity to happy people. There are 150 employees of the Identity & Access Management guard that are in control of who has access. In this the team realizes through collaboration; as 1 solution-oriented team. Scrum Master (IAM).

The Scrum Master is responsible for the promotion, roll out, and assurance of the Agile principles in the team. You facilitate, inspire, and guide your Squads to realize their goals and to become successful and self-supporting teams. You & your position facilitating your Squads to become self-supporting teams is ultimately what you strive for. This means that as a Scrum Master, you create and stimulate good open communication between the team and stakeholders to eliminate bottlenecks or dependencies. You organize scrum meetings and enable your squads to grow in Sprints. You facilitate an appreciative inquiry method and make sure this becomes part of the daily routine. The Scrum Master ensures all conditions are met so that a team can optimally perform, meaning that teams take ownership of their delivery objectives as well as their Agile Journey.

  • Making sure the squads deliver business value.
  • Solve an impediment that bothers the squad.
  • Improve the way of working of a squad.

    Top 3 responsibilities:
  1. Organizing scrum meetings, including release and sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, demos, and stand-ups.
  2. Being the SPOC for the team regarding all Agile questions.
  3. Maintaining all scrum tools (roadmap, backlog, scrum board, progress charts, etc.

You & your talent
