Description Vacancy: Scrum Master/ Agile Coach

Division Engineering & Enterprise Tech - Tech Support Office (TSO)
The goal of the Engineering & Enterprise Tech organization is to provide IT services and to innovate for customers, employees, and engineers to enable easy banking, smooth customer service, and rapid new product development. The Tech Support Office (TSO) of Engineering & Enterprise Tech is looking for a Scrum Master with experience in Agile working within Business- and/ or Support teams. The TSO team consists of various (sub)teams with different expertise. The various (sub)teams are not yet working according to the Scrum principles. Within this role, you will be responsible to introduce and facilitate the Agile way of working in the (sub)teams of the TSO. Next to this, you will take on a coaching role within the team, helping colleagues with their personal development. We are looking for someone who can contribute to a positive organizational culture in which you enable team members to excel.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will work closely together with all (sub)teams within TSO to optimize business processes, enabling team members to work more efficiently every day;
Next to this, you will be responsible for continuously improving the agile way of working, while ensuring a clear scrum strategy;
In addition, you will facilitate scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach (sub)teams to improve efficiency. Your focus is on initiating and participating in a continuous improvement process. You will be the point of contact for the team regarding all Agile questions, maintaining scrum tools, and finding the best way to combine daily operations and change management;
In short, with your knowledge and experience, you know how to help the (sub)team to become more mature, and improve their business processes while creating a stable working environment that enables teams to grow.

You and your talent:

You are a proactive team player with a strong mentality to get things done. You demonstrate the ability to persuade and inspire others while also having an aptitude for attentive listening and building connections. You help your teams to find practical solutions for their everyday challenges. You have good knowledge of different coaching and agile techniques/frameworks as well as considerable experience in agile working environments.

What are we looking for?

- Agile Certifications - Professional Scrum Master (PSM1, PSM2), with at least 4 years of proven experience
- You have experience in coaching- and guiding within a new, diverse, and hybrid team, preferably in a scaled Agile environment.
- You have experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies, training, and workshops
- You can solve impediments independently, considering the self-organizing possibilities of the team
- You have experience working in complex Business/IT environments
- You know finance processes, administrative organization, and IT solutions
- You have excellent communication skills
