Here’s a few more details to help you understand the assignment better:

  • Product overview: The product is a web-platform that allows customers to check the available house options and get all the required support and consultancy up until the property is bought.

  • Funding: $16M.

  • Metrics: Conversion; MAU/DAU.

  • Tools: Mixpanel - for analytics, Tableau - for visualization.

  • Stage of the project: The project has been built for 3 years now. Current user flow includes the fully automated part and also the part that is currently managed by the NewHomesMate team (concierges and experts).

  • Goals of the new employee: The holistic goal for the next few months is to automate all the engagement with users and make the user journey fully automated.

Main tasks for a new employee in this role:

- development & management of the core NewHomesMate product; being a key contributor to defining the product development strategy;

- close collaboration with design and engineering teams;

- A/B testing;

- research, insights.

  • Size of the team: 109 employees - including product dev team, marketing, inventory team, CX team, additional experts.

Product Development team includes:

- Engineering team (2 Backend & 4 Frontend Engineers);

- 2 Product Designers;

- Illustrator;

- Product/Project Manager;

  • Methodology: Scrum.
