Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify and qualify potential customers
  • Make outbound calls and emails to engage and nurture prospects

  • Identify customer needs and pain points, and effectively communicate how our product can address those challenges
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set up appointments and demonstrations with interested prospects
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to management on sales activities and pipeline
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and the latest product features

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
