Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Syncade Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive MES Syncade support, including recipe design and configuration, project reporting and risk management, as well as small project executions and consultations. The candidate will also support Syncade upgrade projects and the MES system, including data audits, installations, configurations, data migration, and integration with control layers. A thorough understanding of the GxP space, change management, and data technology management is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide MES Syncade support for recipe design, configuration, and authoring.
- Develop work instructions and behavior configurations for manufacturing processes.
- Manage project reporting and risk assessments for Syncade projects.
- Execute small projects and provide consultation services to stakeholders.
- Offer input and updates to the project governance process for improved outcomes.
- Support Syncade upgrade projects, including installation, configuration, and data migration.
- Handle custom web part installations and ensure proper hosting infrastructure and architecture.
- Support MES system and data audits, ensuring compliance with GxP standards.
- Assist in business analysis and data technology management, including the preparation of documentation for the Project Approval Board (PAB).
- Perform system testing against developed recipes and provide necessary recipe development support.
- Offer MES and control layer integration consultancy, focusing on S88 and S95 standards.
- Maintain a good understanding of other platforms such as DeltaV, Aspen Manufacturing Suite (IP21, AP1E), and data flow across Level 1 to Level 4 systems (eBR, etc.).
