A company that specializes in solutions in the field of administration and management of investment funds and corporate structures invites an Internal Accountant/Billing Officer to join its team.

The team is committed to creating and developing trusting relationships with our clients, employees and partners, which is an important contribution to the field of investments. The company has been successful in adding wealth to clients by creating value through customized solutions, ensuring operations run smoothly to achieve goals.

You are offered to work in the Nicosia office

Your tasks on the position:

  • Compiling Group VAT workings and preparing the VAT returns for submission
  • Maintaining relevant contact with the tax authorities and tax advisers for submissions and payments
  • Preparing payments and overseeing the process to make sure that all payments have been executed
  • Handling the day-to-day accounting operations of companies, the Group Monthly payroll and Social Insurances procedures
  • Preparation and review of the annual financial statements, management accounts and Group Audits
  • Working closely with external parties such as auditors, Banks, and tax advisors
  • Performing any accounting or financial task and Internal Projects as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant working experience in a similar position
  • Holder or partial holder of ACCA or other similar qualification
  • Excellent Knowledge of basic accounting Software Programs such as: Sage, CaseWare, Profit Maker
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • English and Greek С1+
