Your missions



As HR Business Partner at Adlook, you will manage people-related matters and operations, ensuring they align with the company's business goals.
  • What You'll Do And How You'll Make An Impact
  • Onboarding:
    • Coordinate the onboarding programs in cooperation with other supporting teams, to integrate new hires into the company culture and processes
    • Facilitate an introduction to the company's values, mission, and goals during the onboarding process
  • Associates Relations:
    • Address and resolve associates concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner 
  • Performance Management:
    • Ensure regular performance discussions and constructive feedback for business teams
  • Change Management:
    • Assist in managing change and transition processes as the startup evolves
    • Communicate changes effectively, ensuring transparency and understanding among associates
  • HR Metrics and Analytics:
    • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement


What We Are Looking For:


  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in the HR field, preferably in a startup or similar fast-paced and variable environment
  • Ability to work with international teams and previous experience in working with any foreign markets
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at different organizational levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to effectively communicate HR policies, changes, and initiatives to all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address HR challenges creatively and proactively
  • Very good command of English both in speaking and writing (min. C1) and fluency in Polish
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office and G-Suite
  • Proactiveness and flexibility
  • Location- Warsaw or nearby
