Business Development Manager- Dual Employment Role

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a part-time, dual employment role with additional employment as a realtor being permissible. The BDM refers new clients to Go Mortgage for the purpose of obtaining a mortgage. The referrals must be in accordance with all regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Make business development calls with potential referral partners.
Refer volume from sources outside of the real estate brokerage where the employee holds their dual employment.
Attend/host networking events on behalf of Go Mortgage.
Attend trainings specific to BDM role
Complete BSA/AML training
Must adhere to all regulations and guidelines established for the role.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Should be a licensed Real Estate Agent and currently employed as a registered Broker.
Valid Drivers License
Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, and other technology
