We are seeking a Video Editor with Visual Effects Experience to merge content from multiple sources (video footage and images) and add visual effects, graphics, voice, sound effects, modern transitions, and music to create compelling promotional video(s).
This position is expected to be a PART-TIME role!
Trim, cut, and arrange footage/content
Add transitions
Add text overlays and captions
Add voice overs
Source and/or create and add graphics, animations, special effects
Source and add music
After Effects is a must along with expert-level video editing with Final Cut Pro and/or Premiere Pro
Capacity to communicate effectively
Attention to detail
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to pick out attention-grabbing shots
Excellent storytelling skills
Ability to follow a storyboard precisely
Storyboard creation experience and the ability to work collaboratively with the team on it is a HUGE bonus
Fluent in English
Must have remote team work experience
Client-facing experience is a bonus
Storyboard creation experience is a HUGE bonus
A portfolio of work is mandatory
